Planning Ahead

Well I started my healthy lifestyle about two weeks ago..I did good my first week...and then my boyfriend got put on night shift so my days go like this...
2:15am-go pick my bf up from work
7:00am-take my mom and sister to work and school
10am-2pm-go to work
2pm- pick my sister up
3pm-come home make bf lunch
4pm-take bf to work
4-6pm-drop bf off and go pick mom up from work
6-8pm-cook

so yeah I got way off track...but starting Dec. 1, 2008...I'm gonna do it...no excuses...I can do it week by week...I wanna be 65 lbs less by Jan 1, 2010...

I'll share my plans later!!!!

    It's tough sweetie, but this healthy lifestyle is all about learning how to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your life... no matter what kind of crazy life you lead!! It's taken me forever to adjust, but it's becoming a lifestyle now instead of a 'chore'.
