I used to use MFP faithfully and was super successful with my weight loss. Can't believe how off track I got....but today is a new day, right?

Totally my story, too. I started in March, lost a couple of pounds, went MIA for most the summer and came back with the same amount of weight to lose. We can do it!

    of course! :)
  • I am with you on that...today is a new day! I never used MFP but I did use other sites. I put the app on my droid so hopefully it'll help me stay on track!

Yes, every day is brand new and a fresh start. That awareness of intake vs output is so very helpful and being consistent with it makes the difference for me. The difficulty that I find in making it work is the time it takes to stay on top of it. Leaving home for vacation and other activities often times gets me out of the habit and I can slide backwards in a heartbeat.

I am glad that you are back on track.

I'm with you, it's easy to fall off the wagon. Try and focus on the future, you can't change the past.
