Great Arms

I desperately need some new exercises for great arms! I'm not even 30 and feel like I have super saggy arms! I've been running and working out at the gym and my legs and butt are looking fantastic, but my arms just aren't getting any smaller. Tell me what has worked for you.

    You know you cannot "spot reduce," right? BUT... good news! There are a bazillion arm exercises you can do to hit the bicep/tricep area and tone the muscles. Likewise, building your muscles will give your arms a more "toned" appearance. And don't worry, you won't get arms like a bodybuilder.... you'll just get some definition.     Variations of pullups/pushups/dips are pretty good for working out the arms

    You can't spot reduce, but you can fill the sags with a little extra muscle. Do you like classes? go for weight or TRX class a couple times a week

    30DS made a major difference in my arms just through level 1 - I'm not even done yet. I don't feel any jiggle any more (hey, not ready for a fitness magazine, but no jiggle=way better.) I can see my biceps now, and that's a good thing. I didn't know how fast it could work, but it does, and I'm a real wuss using 3 lb weights. I'm looking forward to repeating the whole thing with heavier weights!
