Does anyone else find...

That some days they seem to barely eat anything but then run short of calories, but otherdays eat tons and have loads of calories to spare?

Yesterday i had porridge for brekkie at 6am (had to make with full fat milk as thats all work provides)

At 1pm i had 2 reduced fat sausage rolls (the small ones)

At 3pm before my physio session i had a 380ml bottle of apple lucozade (need a burst as knackered from night shift)

Went swimming at 4pm and afterwards had a snack of fruit (watermelon, grape, pineapple etc)

Had dinner about 8pm (2 sausages-reduced fat, homemade mash potato, sugar snap peas, baby corn and mange toute)


Then today my meal plan is:
Brekkie: Ski smooth yoghurt & a banana
Lunch: 1 meat free nut cutlet, homemademash, sugar snap peas, baby corn and mange toute
Dinner: Reduced fat houmous, carrot sticks, celery, cherry toms & portion of sugar free jelly
Snack: weight watchers cake bar
BUT even with all this i still hve over 500 calories left. How can i physically eat anymore?????

I really dont get home somedays i am trying to force food in, and other days i feel a little hungry
