'Meal Plan'

I know many of you on here only count calories.... but have any of you tried a "diet plan"... with specifics on what to eat within your calories... i.e. south beach, atkins, jillian michaels, etc.

Just curious. Fell off the weight loss wagon when I went on vacation and can't seem to get back on it. I don't have an issue exercising, but I struggle with what I put in my mouth. :-/

    Hi i eat Paleo, am on a 30day challenge, day 23 today. Am finding more energy, sleeping better and generally feeling better. I've lost 19bs also

    I'm a former WW (actually LT member, but not counting points or P+ right now), so I still try to follow their "good health guidelines. The ones I try to track most carefully are:

    *daily multivitamin
    *2-3 dairy daily
    *5+ fruits/veggies
    *6+ cups water

    I think the mistake you are making is you are on different diets. You need to eat what you like but in the right portions and make healthy choices. If you keep going on diets you will never be able to stick to it forever and you will always fail.
    Educate yourself on healthy eating and think before you reach.
