Protein Level Suggestion

Can someone suggest what a good range of protein for me would be? I know that MFP set it really low, and when I go to the gym I tend to take a scoop or two of powder because I am looking to gain muscles and fight post-workout hunger. I tend to lift pretty heavily when I go to the gym with a two on one off schedule. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks in advanced! =-)

you can't go wrong with 0.7 to 1 gm per lb of body weight.0

I've read and been told many times, 1 gram per pound of body weight...My diet gives me a bit more than this ratio, but just passing along what i've learned.
Cheers!0
