anyone done the belly off diet?

just wondering if it is as good as people say it is??? im going grocery shopping today and was wondering if its worth it?

    stop the dumb fad diets and count your calories.

    Are you talking about the men's health plan? If so I did it for about six weeks and it was great. The issue for me was the diet, a lot of food and you must follow it to a tee which was difficult. Also it can get expensive. Good luck!
