Where should my heart rate be at?

My HRM has a "fat burning" zone and a "fitness" zone. (I'm rockin' the Polar FT7)
Anyways, when doing Insanity's cardio exercises I always seem to be in the fitness zone, which is having my heart rate at above 150-160ish. Should I be trying to stay in the lower "fat burning" zone or keep at it in the fitness zone?

Depends on what you're trying to achieve. Personally I have low and high cardio days just to stay fit.0
