Well I did a little searching and although I didn't find nutritional information I found a recipe. and if it sounds like what you had I think you could probably put it in the recipe creator and get something close

    I think T=Tbsp and t=tsp
    Beef Chow Yoke

    1½ lbs. N.Y.sirloin steak

    1 c. beef stock

    2 T. cornstarch

    5 T. peanut oil, divided

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 onion, chopped

1 oz. black mushroom, soaked and chopped

    2 T. rice wine, divided

    2 T. oyster sauce, divided

    Black pepper

1 lb. bok choy or show choy, chopped

    ½ lb. snowpeas (peapods)

    ½ c. scallion, chopped

    1 T. sesame oil

    1 c. beef bouillion

    1 t. reserved Thick Sauce/brown gravy

    2 T. cornstarch

    1. Partially freeze beef, slice thin (cutting across grain).

    2. Make Thick Sauce: mix beef stock and 2 T. cornstarch; reserve 1 t.

    3. Heat 2 T. oil in wok, add garlic and swish around briefly (do not let it brown), remove.

    4. Add onion, cook just until soft.

    5. Add mushrooms and meat, stir and cook 3 minutes.

    6. Add 1 T. rice wine, 1 T. oyster sauce and black pepper and stir 1 minute; remove everything from wok.

    7. Heat 3 T. oil in wok and add bok choy and peapods, stir 2 minutes.

    8. Add 1 T. rice wine and 1 T. oyster sauce and black pepper and stir 1 minute.

    9. Add meat mixture, scallion, Thick Sauce and sesame oil. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.

    10. Make gravy: combine bouillion, reserved Thick Sauce and 2 T. cornstarch. Cook until thickened and clear.

Other than the green vegetables, I think it might be. :) My dish had only beef, mushrooms, and the brown sauce.
