Okay, I took a look at my log for yesterday and couldnt help but notice that I ate a whole lot of Whole wheats!!! I can't help it! Those homemade HEB fresh tortillas are the best when they are HOT! I can just gobble them up!
But really, how much wheats should I include in my diet?
I think I went overboard yesterday but I am definately NOT going on a no carb diet.
Any sudgestions....?

I love whole wheat.
Two pieces of whole wheat toast this morning and probably two PB&Js on whole wheat tonight. Yum.

In my opinion, none. Wheat has gluten and a number of anti-nutrients that prevent the absorption fo other minerals and vitamins in your diet and cause gut irritation. Besides that, it's carb heavy and will spike your insulin which sends what you eat to your fat cells.
The less wheat you can eat, the better.
However, if you're not willing to ditch the wheat (which I'm guessing you're not), just experiment with yourself. Play around with your intake to see if you see a difference.0
