Just finished a 6k

I just finished running in a 6k race. And while I am not very fast I was out there with about 4,000 of my new friends:smile: The good news is the weather was nice it was about 40 and sunny and no breeze. It made for a very nice morning run. And as a bonus I burned 660 calories so no guilt at dinner tonight. Of course I will try to take it easy at dinner and keep making those good choices.
