Satisfy Sugar Cravings?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but since I'm in the middle of one, I'm asking again.
What do y'all do to satisfy your sugar cravings? I am already looking forward to my one square of dark chocolate for lunch, but I REALLY want a larger, crazy yummy thing....
My things I try:
water (I just have to pee constantly, it doesn't help)
gum (I'm currently out)
chewing my pen (ink is probably not a good substitute)
snack (I just had pumpkin seeds and key lime yogurt - this had 16g sugar but it wasn't chocolate sugar dessert)
So what does everyone else do when the "Dessert Now" feeling hits?

I like fruits as a substitute. Bananas are really sweet, so those are good to try. If you're in the mood for something chocolaty, though, a good spoon full of Nutella is a good way to satisfy
The serving size is 2 tablespoons, but a small spoon full usually does the trick for me, since it's really sweet. Hope that helps.

Cocoa dusted almonds from Blue Diamond. Emerald has them too but I don't think they are as good. It's not low calorie, but it's healthier than a candy bar and much more satisfying.0

All of that sounds good - but what about low cal stuff that's not full of "sugar free" additives? I would ideally like something for the taste but not the calories...even peppermints have 20 calories each!0
