Hi all! I'm new here, and hoping that I can find the motivation I so desperately need. I'm starting a lactose free diet today because of a newly developed intolerance, so I'm hoping that will help me a little with my weight loss journey. I'm also starting the C25K program today, I'm really looking forward to running again. If anyone has any running tips, or resources for a milk free diet that they would like to share with me, feel free! Happy weight loss everyone!
