Dinner - Help!

I only have 175 calories left for dinner tonight. My lunch was a lot more than i thought it would be :(
Any suggestions what I could make? I pulled a tendon in my ankle running last night so i'm sure how much exercise i'll be able to do..

ugh!

    I'd probably do something like shirataki noodles, zuchini, and some sauce of choice, myself.

    Meh, I wouldn't worry about going over too too much (or just go for a run after). If you're over by 150 or so, just eat 150 less tomorrow.

    If you absolutely want to stay under, a chicken breast and veggies sauté would be low cal.
