Customizing my "nutrition goals"

So here is the deal, I’d like to customize my nutrition goals to see if that will help with improving my overall health and continuing my weight loss. I know where to change them, …. But not what to change them to (I am really only looking at Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat). I have been here since March and I have lost about 60 pounds and looking to keep the momentum going and improving my health (so losing more weight is a part of it). I am going to start lifting weights again so I want to increase my protein. Any advice would be appreciated. Current weight 200, goal weight in the 185 -190 range.

I know a lot of folks do 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. That's what I do. It's doable, and should help with the muscle building. I'd say give that a try and see how it does for you.0

Thanks for the information, I may give those settings a try for a few weeks and see what happens. In the past I just accepted the default MFP settings, guess it is time to mix it up!0
