I really want it, but before I purchase it, I was wondering if anyone can give me reviews. I am interested in seeing some results from anyone who started off bigger. Were you able to keep up with her? I have done the zumba videos and keep up with them. Thanks!

I say go for it!!! I love Turbo Fire. I'm 51, started my weight loss journey at 297, started Turbo Fire five weeks ago at 256, today I'm 245. It's a great workout for me because there's no way to get bored, you can go at your own pace and there's no time for your mind to wonder (how much time is left? what am i going to have for dinner?) you don't have time to think about anything but the next move. TIME FLIES!!!

To give you some background, I've been doing Beachbody workouts off and on for almost 10 years, I'm signed up as a Coach and I buy alot of Beachbody products. I've not done any other workout videos. So from a Beachbody perspective, this is the best workout I've ever done and I highly recommend it. Just so you know if you sign up as a coach for $40, you get TF for $80 instead of $120 and you get a 25% discount on all future purchases. Not trying to sell you, just letting you know.

I love Turbo Fire! For each of the workouts, there is a "new to class" option that breaks down each section of the workout. So, you can learn it slow. Then, do it at the speed of the music. There is also a low impact modifier you can follow. I modify a bit at the moment because of some knee issues. There is also a Prep schedule you can do instead of the normal schedule that'll help you ease into the program.

I'm only 10-15 pounds from my goal weight and have been doing it for 2-3 weeks. I'm already noticing a flatter stomach and the workouts are getting "easier." Though, I don't think they'll ever be easy. :P

Girl! You already know I am your TURBO girl! LOL....I love it, fun I saw a huge improvement in my strength, my muscle tone in all parts of my body and most importantly, I don't get bored doing it...which is HUGE for me! I say go for it! Let me know if you need any "in depth" reviews girl!

Get it!!! It's really fun, great music and it WORKS. I just wrapped up 14 weeks of TF and dropped 2 pant sizes, lost a total of 13lbs and my body is so much tighter. And miraculously all the cellulite on my bum back of legs is GONE! I'm amazed, so is my husband.

The moves are fast and sometimes complex but that's what keeps it interesting and you focused. I LOVE IT!!!!!!

I just got it last week and I love it!! I was afraid of the high jumps at first but I've actually been able to do them, even with 40 year old knees!! They're not perfect but I'm proud of them. You can definitely adapt it to your level and still push yourself and see results!

I started yesterday and LOVED IT!!! I wokeup completely sore today, hahahaha. MOST FUN I've ever had during a workout, FOR SURE!! I'm starting off with the prep schedule because I'm also doing 10k training (running 3x a week) so it fit with that schedule better. I'll be doing the regular schedule of TF in runnings off season :)

can't wait!!! loooooove it so far.

Ok I thought I'd come back and answer the questions. The TF disks are as follows:

    Fire 30
    HIIT 15
    Fire 55 EZ
    Core 20/Stretch 40/Stretch 10
    Fire 45/Stretch 10
    HIIT 20/Stretch 10
    Fire 45 EZ/Stretch 10
    HIIT 25/Stretch 10
    Sculpt 30/Tone 30
    Stretch 40/Stretch 10

The number in each title is the number of minutes.
