I'm not seeming to lose any weight, maybe it's just a plateau, but i just don't get it. I work, as a waitress Mon-Thurs nights. I eat breakfast and lunch before work and I usually take dinner to eat with me there. On those nights i typically do fine in weight loss. It's the weekends where i gain or don't move at all. I should also mention thru the week I go for a walk before work and then the only other exercise I get thru the week is at work, I average about 6 miles a night at work, according to my pedometer. Now on the weekends I go for a walk in the afternoon, then i also go for a bike ride or another walk with my husband in the evening. Sometime we do even more exercise like mowing the lawn or yardwork, but i just can't seem to lose the weight. I have been stuck at about -27lbs for a little while now, any suggestions would be great.
my diary is public so anyone can look at it.

When do you rest and allow your body tor recover from the daily stresses you get from being active all through the week?
We get stronger in between sessions...not during the workouts.0 -
Make your log public, so people can help. I ran 40+ miles a week, so I doubt you are exercising too much.0

Doesn't sound like too much exercise, just sounds like an active job and some extra moderate exercise.... if anything I'd say to do more as you aren't doing any resistance training.
And your diary isn't public.0 -

Your diary isn't public so I couldn't take a look at it. Have you measured yourself lately? Always keep track of that too cause you might not be losing weight but inches, other then that without seeing your diary I don't know what else there is. Oh how much water do you drink during the day?0

it's public now, sorry... i haven't measured my self at all, didn't think about it when i started all of this so i haven't since because i don't know what to compare it to. I usually drink about 8 glasses of water a day, sometimes more.0

Looks like you aren't eating enough on many days and you aren't eating every meal. You are also eating very unhealthily. I would say one problem with the way you are eating is that when you decide that you are at the proper weight, you really didn't learn how to eat and will just end up back where you were. Also, you really shouldn't eat less than your RMR. Your body does weird things when you do that.0

work is not exercise.
you need to do something else outside work...or stuff you do everyday.
go for a jog
ps you are getting plenty of calories...and yes you are eating pretty unhealthy..leave out the fried fast food..0
