thats fantastic! At first the lbs will come off quickly, its later that'll it'll be slower! I've lost 6 in my first 2 weeks, and was expecting that. Because I have so much to loose I am expecting to loose 72 in my first 5 months and that is reasonable (I am a nurse). Now after that I am giving myself a year to loose the final 60. Just remember this and don't get frustrated when it stops coming off as fast!
Congrats again! It feels great, doesn't it?!?!?!0 -
that is great! I just started yesterday and I am at 225lbs. I hope to be successful too0
