The hole in the leg just means the food has not filled them up.....

Eat every 2-3 hours. That's what I try to do. I would never last hours and hours between eating.0

If there's a hole in your leg you probably have bigger problems than being hungry. I'd see a doctor.0

2 apples, PB&J, Dry roasted edamame, 2 cups califlower, yogurt0 -
I noticed you didn't eat that much for breakfast. It won't help for today necessarily, but I would add protein to your breakfast to help fill you up so you don't get so hungry later in the day. In the meantime, eat a snack of lean protein and a healthy carb (fruit/veggie or whole grain) to tide you over until supper. Don't worry about going over your protein for today.0

I need a ton more protein than you're sporting to fill me up, but then again I'm starving today myself (TOM makes me soooo hungry)0

Scrambled egg whites in the morning for breakfast..3-4 of them...along with a piece of wheat toast...

Ha ha ha I knew exactly what you meant. When I was little I remember my mom telling people that my brother had a "hole in his leg" because he was always eating and never seemed to fill up. That being said, I would be starving if I ate that little. I do much better with a hearty breakfast with whole grains, protein, and fruit. And I eat something every few hours. Give it a try and good luck!0

I drink a TON of water.. I just don't log it for some reason.
I'll get some eggs for hardboiled eggs.
Eating ANY kind of breakfast is an effort for me, but I cannot be this hungry!!0
