Hello all. My name is Elizabeth and I am twenty years old. I weigh 167, but stand at 5' 2"; however, two years ago I weighed 124 (while graduating High School). Unfortunately, that means that I have to cut out A LOT of carbs (including my beloved noodles /sad face/), sugars (dang it! No chocolate or ice cream allowed everyday-LOL), eatting out (I work a full-time job and this is just easier than going home, fixing lunch, realizing my hour break is half-over and then eating and running back to work), and working out more often.
I just recently REALLY realized that I was... you know, the "f"at word. I mean, I KNEW I was, but never really accepted it.. until now. So, I went onto Google and typed in, "Food Journal" and this site came up.
When you do not fit into your fat jeans anymore, you gotta change something and I am not up for spending near $100 for more jeans.... So, amidst my working out 3-4 times a week, I am placing myself under food-arrest. I am hoping for results, not expecting a miracle.
