Goal

I'm getting really close to my goal weight. My thought right now is to adjust MFP to 1/2 lb loss per week and keep my carbs between 50 and 100. Any suggestions?

    you can customize your goal limits... that's probably the best way to keep an eye on it.
    click goals, and then at the bottom, change goals. then it gives you the options of 'guided' or 'custom'.... that's the best way to change what you want to do.
