HRM BROKEN :@

today at boxing class I thought I'd have a glance down and see how my heart rate was doing and my HRM use coming up with no numbers! then my heart rate was going down to 40 then up to 250!!!

does this happen to anyone else? my HRM has a chest strap, could I replace the strap???

    What kind of HRM is it?

    Before you go replacing the strap try these three things:
    Tighten the strap
    Make sure the sensors are really wet
    Wash the strap
    Replace the battery in the transmitter.

    If none of those works, I'd call the HRM's manufacture as the next step.

    Hm, I've never heard of that HRM brand.. I personally have a Polar and know thats some of the trouble shooting tips they give. Hopefully they work for you!
