    coffee, in moderation, is okay.

Tea, especially white and green, is recommended......up to four cups per day. It can actually help with weight loss.

  • You should have a good read at http://www.positivelycoffee.org/home.aspx .... it appears coffee can play a positive effect on EXERCISE and assist with muscle recovery amongst other positive benefits. So, if you are exercising and watching what you eat, then a cup of coffee after your exercise workout will assist in muscle recovery. As for whether coffee in itself assists in weight loss .... hrmmm having read the above information I'd say no.
