Koobakoop here! I'm 45 yrs and basically just want to get fitter. I have joined a women's health gym to boost my fitness. I also bike ride, hike and jog with my dog. Joined here to get a quick way to look at calories. Weight is not really my issue it's fitness for me and to achieve fitness obviously I need to make sure I eat healthy, keep within my calorie % and stay hydrated!
