starting the second month:noway: ....and I still can NOT :explode: do push ups as fast as they do them......now we have the drill with plank running, walking pushups, in and outs and oblique pushups.. .if I could pause the program while I am on the floor I might be able to complete that rotation...I am lucky to get 2 pushups and sometimes just do obliques with out the push ups....anyone else having trouble and what did/do you do...????:ohwell:

Of course! I'm in absolute hell with month 2. I'm only on my second day and this has got to be some sort of torture from a third world country. I feel like someone has kicked me in each butt cheek with a steel toed shoe! I don't try to keep up with them, I go at my own pace. I know by the end of the month I'll have it down but in the meantime, do what Shaun T. says, don't sacrifice form. And keep digging!!

I'm on week 3 of month 1. I can't do most of the plank work. I just can't hold my body in plank position for that long, let alone while doing push ups and in/outs.

I know the second month is coming and the problems will intensify.

But currently my strategy instead of laying on the floor, which seems like a good idea, is to switch to girly push ups. I just drop to my knees usually on the 2nd and 3rd sets after I can't hold plank any longer. It makes the work doable and i think it's better than just laying down.

    Good luck.

    That really does sound insane.
