Ok team, we all had a busy week! Our results here and we all need to avoid the pumpkin pies and sweet holiday treats because we are moving in the wrong direction if we are even moving at all! :laugh:

Onto week 15, lets do it, get back into action, don't forget to make time to workout. Get workouts in early, maybe first thing in the morning so you get it done, it is out of the way and then you can go on with the busy holiday schedules most of us have!
