Enchilasagna recipe for dinner tonight. Serves 6.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 can (12-15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pound extra lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
12 corn tortillas -- each chopped into 6 pieces
12 ounces can black beans, drained
3/4 pound low-fat or fat-free Cheddar

You can add it all into a database under food. I believe its my foods is what you want or my reciepes. You enter everything in there and how much of what you used and how many people it serves. Then it will caculate it for you! Hope this helps!0

Yes, the recipe tab is wonderful! As stated already all you have to do is put in the ingredients and such and it calculates everything for you!0
