SBF? ...November 28

Hey! I didn't know if we changed the name of the challenge, so I am just going to post and see if anyone shows up. :happy: I hope you all had a good day yesterday. I ate way too much! I'm not proud of it but it sure was good! I'll do better today as long as the leftovers stay away! I cram in enough sweets yesterday to keep my satisfied till Christmas, again as long as the pie doesn't tempt me. I played wii yesterday and I am sore today, so that's something. I am going to try to get my push ups in today and I think we are going to go bowling. Tomorrow we are suppose to go hiking as well. On Monday I am going to get back into some work out routine. I have to.

    I completely missed checking in the last two days. I'm thinking maybe we should start a shiny new challenge on Monday?

    How about "new habits by the new year"? NHBNY? That's pretty long, what about "Early Resolutions Challenge". . .I don't know. I just want to include anybody with a new fitness goal or a new habits goal.

    So, today my goals are: bikram. Wish me luck.:flowerforyou:

    Thanksgiving is still kicking my butt. No I haven't been on for a couple of days, the challenges name hasn't changed, thank god, I kinda like SBF's name. It's easy to find, and I'm used to it. Maybe it's change I don't like.:laugh: :laugh:

    What I really need is for everyone to go home and take all the bad food with them. I love them but I tend to have no self control( Sad I know) when they are all around and with good food.:grumble: :grumble: My routine is upset and I don't get any exercise in either. So two more days and maybe all the food will be gone, till then I will have a tummy hangover, its the only way I can describe how I feel. I loved eating Thanksgiving dinner but that was way too many different items in my tummy all at the same time. Now my tummy hurts.

    Maybe I can con them all into yoga this afternoon, or maybe a walk up to my daughter's house. Anything but sitting and watching tv. Maybe if I got rid of the tv I'd be better off, I would actually want to do something else. lol:bigsmile:
