I just had Kidney stones and am "allergic to pain" I am ready to change "yesterday", although I actually have been progressing towards my goals, I am all in now. I am having a little difficulty keeping the sugar count low and still getting enough calories, any suggestions?

Hi, sorry to hear about your health problems. I don't 100% focus on the sugar as eat a lot of fruit - I but you soon get used to what is 'good' and 'bad' sugar - I know if I eat a small piece of chocolate that's me for the day - but I'm not going to beat myself up about a large portion of grapes :-) Good luck!0

Thanks for the input! I do avoid high Fructose and the bad sugars so that is good to know. I guess I should use the tools as a Barometer.0

I go over on my sugar count everyday also, because I eat alot of fruit...I figured as long as I am not eating a supersized candy bar I am fine! :happy:0
