Don't put limits on yourself. Everyone has different tastes....what's important is that you feel sexy.0

I definitely agree. And the odds of you getting too much muscle for someone's liking is very slim if your body fat is in a normal healthy range.0 -
That's subjective. I find Jessica Biel to be sexy, but know of friends who thinks she's too muscular.0

Don't know but the Fruit on your Default pic looks Scrumptious!! Nummm Numm Numm!0

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I like my womenz with a little meat on them, so my goal weight is on the higher end of the 'healthy' range.0 -
This question is one of my major pet peeves. If you feel good about yourself, are fit, and muscular, and you feel sexy, you will be. I lift heavy weights, I love strength training, and no one has ever ever said to me that I look muscular.0

WOWWW! Who gives a crap what other people think! The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn so I want more and more so I can eat more and more...0

As others said a personal opinion, but I'm a HUGE advocate of women lifting HEAVY weights and here is why:

Interesting question. Can we talk in percentage terms?

Think the 18% photo with the pink bikini is attractive but the 15% with the blue bikini (scroll right down) too muscular.
Mine is currently around 20%, would like to get to 18%.0 -
I have enough muscle on my body and I want to keep it that way! I don't think I look gross!!! I am ok with what I have but I'd love to ditch 10 pounds for good!!!!0

I agree. You can be as strong as a lioness, and no one will know as long as you have some fat on it0 -
I have asked myself this question. As I hit my goal wieght I lost 10 more pounds and was like what is it that I want for my body, I want a little muscle, but I dont wanna look like a man. My husband made that clear too. I asked a trainer about it he said paula you are a female your never gonna look like a man. He piont out some of the more fit women in the gym. Yes he was right. They were all fit women. The day I decide to go for some muscle, I was sitting across from a woman at work she was wearing a sleeveless shirt and she had some nice guns! just sitting there at rest. I said "wow! you have really nice arms!" I could tell that made her feel good. I wanted that too! So I have been wotking it and it paying off! the same trainer just yesterday made a comment about my arms and another person ask me how did I get that defintion to my arms. Its a mix of cardio to kept it lean c(ause you cant see them if they are covered in fat) and lots of weights, I have add some supplements too. Im loving the results and so is the hubby!0

The women on the right look good. The women on the left are quite gross in my opinion.Interesting question. Can we talk in percentage terms?

I think 19-20 % is ideal. Again, in my opinion.0 -

That was facinating!!! Thanks for sharing! It really gave me a good goal to shoot for now. I've always had a % goal in mind but now that I know what it looks like I feel even more confident.0 -
My wife is buff and I think she's perfect.
I'd post pictures, but I'd be sleeping on the couch tonight if I did.

You're only as sexy as you feel.
If you feel too muscular, but within a healthy bodyfat range, then you're too muscular. (note the healthy BF qualifier).
Personally? I like just a bit of padding and am aiming for 19-21% BF.0
