15 POUND CHALLENGE (Closed)

Hi guys,

We have 16 people (15 + me) doing the challenge! Yippy! I have sent you all emails. Please send me your starting weight if you haven't yet, friend all your challenge teammates so we can do this together, and lets get going.

This is going to be an awesome challenge, and I am looking forward to getting to know you guys through it!! Lets keep each other motivated for the next 12 weeks. I had some suggestions for the challenge, and I think that we should have an exercise challenge for each day. Lets take turns assigning a challenge (nothing huge, but something we can all work toward each day). I will start. Day 1 is tomorrow, lets shoot for 25 sit ups and 25 push ups by the end of the day tomorrow.
