Hi Guys,

I'm brand new here!

I'm hoping to get some motivation to get in gear and stop using my job as an excuse to not get active. I always find myself getting stuck at home working (I telecommute) and then by the time I have a chance to get to the gym, it's too later or I find some household chores to do or something. See, I always put it off! :(

I don't really eat much (like maybe a piece of fruit, some coffee, a small salad or something for lunch, and then whatever I make for dinner) but I'll admit I'm a super slacker when it comes to excercise. I used to be so good (played volleyball and was on the swim team in high school) but now, not so much. :p


Anyways, I guess I'd like to get myself eating more/healthier and also get toned for my wedding next year. And if I can make friends, all the better!
