Insanity users...

I just got Insanity, and this is day 2 for me. I am loving the intensity of it, but not sure how to log it on here! I do not have a heart rate monitor yet to track exact calories burned, so how do I log it? So far I am just putting calestenics, but I think it is more intense than that! How do you all log it?

    You can try high impact aerobics

    Insanity!!!!~~~crazy , love/hate relationship!!!
    I put it is as high impact aerobics, then in my notes on the exercise diary I write down which dvd I did for that day.

    Hey I've done insanity with my HRM and I've realized that when u log it in its pretty much the equivalent to doing taebo. Hope that helps :)
