Does anyone know how many calories you save when you take a paper towel and blot the grease off of it?

Some, but you're still eating pizza. :-) I wouldn't change the # of calories I'm recording per slice based on removing some of the grease.0

I hate when there's so much grease, you have to blot. yuck!0

That would be very hard to calculate. You're removing oil, so I'm sure there's a calorie loss. I'd be interested to hear what others have to say.0

If you really want to know you could weigh the paper towel before and after you blot the pizza, then calculate the weightof the oil and check how many cals per gram. It would be an estimate, but so are all our food and exercise entries.
Really, though if it is that greasy I would be either finding a healthier dinner or exercising serious portion control!0 -
I am a blotter too and i get made fun of sometimes. Apparently that is the best part?? yeah right. i will try the weighing of napkin next time it is a good idea. although if you know that a teaspoon of oil is about 40 calories you can guesstimate.0
