thanks for the advice, girls. i eat between 1300 and 1500 calories per day. i exercise 3-4 times per week for 20-30 min. i weigh 119 at 5'4"... i don't think i eat much fat though, could that be it?0

So I was trying to figure out the weight to height ratio and came across the website for the CDC. They have the BMI index and calculations... it's a tad bit confusing, lol. However, if you are good at math it shouldn't be too hard to calculate! If you find that you are NOT underweight but are still having issues with your menstrual cycle I'd see your gyno asap! However, you should still see your gyno regardless of your weight only because there could be some underlying health issue. If you want to figure out your BMI but are having difficulties calculating it thru the website below, I'd ask your doctor to do it or if you are a member at a gym, have a trainer calculate it for you.
