I have a question for women who've lost 100+ lbs and have finally got to goal. Did your arms ever rebound?? I've lost almost 70 lbs over a 5 year period (highest recorded weight 265) and have about 55lbs to go. I don't have tons of loose skin except my arms and my belly. In that 5 yr period I did have two babies, so beside my arms being a problem, I have the belly flap (mother's apron, pannus, paniculus,)
I'm worried my arm skin won't tighten up even though the weight loss has been slow. I'm currently 33.

That's one thing I've been wondering about too. My friend lost over 100 pounds, and has a lot of excess skin on her arms, but she did it through the lap band, so I believe she lost faster, if that makes a difference.0
