Hypothetical situation;

I ate 980 Cals today, and burnt 400 on the elliptical. I'm still hungry, should I cut down on the vitamin C or exercise less?

Do you prefer the "What!? Did you break your helmet when you fell out of the short bus.. eat you moron!" type of snarky friend?
Or maybe the "Oh bless your heart... your so pretty!" type?
Or.. the "I got your protein right here!" type?

I prefer the first, because I already know I'm pretty and I have my own protein.

How about you?

    I prefer the strong silent type, as the forums have made me mourn the death of critical reasoning in our society. Intellectual curiosity seems to be in its death throes as well. But maybe.... on some magical planet, urine from a narwhal in estrus can make you lose 20 lbs overnight.

    I'd like a combination of the second and third options... :tongue:
  • Definitely the first. I can't stand to hear people complain about not being able to lose weight, but then they exercise too much and eat too little. They don't understand the whole "food is your body's fuel" concept. Whatev. LOL

    I like the delete option. I'm tired of people whining about not losing weight, but fail to follow the rules.

    I like the enablers. The "drink some more water so your belly fills full" type.

    But I'm a drunk, so I gravitate to that type. :bigsmile:

    That might be my favorite post yet.

    you should really watch your sodium, DRINK MORE WATER and try Jillian Michael 30 DS.

    and what's the point of exercising if you're going to take vitamin C it doesn't make sense

    It's got LEAN right there in the name, OBVIOUSLY it's good for you.

    I like them to get all three options in one sweetly lewd comment.

    This is what happens when you lick walls painted before 1978. You go over your daily goal for lead.

    That would be because I'm brilliant. People are drawn to brilliance.
