P90 Diet

Are you following your own clean diet or are you following the diet plan.

MFP suggest I eat 1400 a day...and I am not tracking my exercise because I don't have a heart rate monitor...

Your thoughts, experience.

    I follow my own diet. My beach body coach/friend told me I should be eating more calories when doing the program. My goal on here is 1400 as well. I

    I'd definitely recommend tracking your exercise somehow, even if it's just putting similar things into MFP. Eating your exercise calories is really important for an exercise plan as rigorous as this--your body starts to do weird starvy things otherwise, like NOT progress. I am also totally in love with my HRM, it changed my life! I love knowing exactly what's going on, you know? I did not follow the diet plan, I just tracked calories and didn't eat junk while I was doing P90X, and that worked well for me.
