I need some help! a kick in the a** to get going again...

Ive fallen off my wagon.
I havent done any exercise in about a week and my gym membership is going to waste.
Ive been keeping (mostly) to my calorie limit, but I need to keep doing exercise to get any results -- how do you keep at it?
Its winter here in NZ, the days are cold and short...meals require planning and cooking
--Ive lost my enthusiasm, does anyone know where to find some more?
