stuffed peppers

under 200 calories each!!!

6 peppers any color
2 cups of lean ground beef
2 cups of rice califlower
1 tbs of canola oil
1 onion

add oil to fry pan and saute the onions. Add shredded califlower to mix. Cook for about 5-10 minutes. Put aside in bowl. Cook ground beef till brown add seasonings. I added lots of epicure... chili, rosted garlic, 3 onion, herb and garlic and I added some cheyenne pepper. once cooked add with the califlower mix. Then spoon into the opened and cleaned peppers. put on a cookie sheet put in oven 350 for about 30 minutes. I added some cheese at the end until melted. and ENJOY!!!!
