so I thought I could introduce myself now

I've been on myfitnesspal since January 1st (cliche, I know) but it has done nothing but wonders for me. I've lost 43lbs since January and have 10 more to go. I'm happy that it's been hard at times but not has hard as I thought or imagined it to be. The hard part is just sticking with it. Food is still my most favorite things in life and I've always loved that I didn't really have to give anything up to lose weight. (ok, well maybe full sugar soda- but I have that once every 3 months or so :) )

I'm ready to start the "working out to tone phase" of my weight loss rather than worrying about the lbs so much. I feel good now but I like to read about suggestions for toning, muscle building and eating (my favorite thing to do).
