Today's another day

I ate too many calories over the past 2 days (in UK, so no thanksgiving to tempt me), I just felt generally low. Didn't even go to the gym yesterday. I've now put on 4lbs, and feelnig really cruddy.
I just can't seem to find the energy at the moment.
I'm going to drag my butt to the gym today in the hope that it makes me feel better about myself :cry:

    Those 4lbs. is probably water weight...

    Yeah that's what I thought, and yes, I did make it to the gym in the end, even walking downstairs in the leisure centre, I wanted to turn round and come home, but I didn't, I went in, did 10 mins on each cardio machine, and burnt 300 calories - and boy, I feel much better for it :bigsmile:
