Just discovered Skinny Cow individual icecreams! At 80 cals with no added sugar, they are awesome! Feel like a 'treat' but doesn't break the bank
What's you're secret treat food that doesn't break the bank?

I was not impressed with Skinny Cow Caramel Shortcake ice creams - only 90 calories! Tasted more like cardboard i thought than ice cream! xx0 -
Right now... watermelon as it's in season. Other than that - the single serving packages of honey teddy grahams... I'm not a huge "sweets" person in the first place though. My issue has always been that I would rather have another helping of "regular meal food" for dessert, so I've had to strictly portion control what I'm eating. To me, I'll have another helping of meatballs or stuffing at holidays, and pass on the cakes, thanks! lol0

As I'm located in Australia, none of those treats are familiar to me
So if anyone is from Oz, I'd love to see what guilt free treats you have! At present, it's only passionfruit yoghurt and that to me is a staple, not a treat.0 -

you can get skinny cow in australia, but i reckon it tastes like cr@p. i buy the mini kids sized icecreams, they at least taste like the real thing, but small.0 -
I like the chocolate skinny cow but don't have it often I must admit.
If you look at some ice-creams and ONLY have the 2 scoops then it's not that bad, so if ice-cream is your passion be wise on what you buy and have it occasionally.
My guilt free treat has to be cherries I LOVE them.. to the point of obsession, I don't have them often as they're seasonal but my goodness my kids have no look in at all! me, a pile of cherries and a bowl for the pips.. job done! lol0 -
I have a cereal bar most days after lunch with a cup of tea. Either Special K Choc Chip or Double Chocolate, or Tesco's Choc & Orange cereal bar, or Alpen Light. Not sure if these are available in US or Oz...
After my tea (dinner) I see how many calories I have left and adjust what I have afterwards (if anything) accordingly, so a small low fat cake slice, low fat choc mousse (I don't like yoghurts), couple of Rich Tea biscuits, Skinny Cow choc ice-cream etc.
I'm finding now that that keeps me going as I don't feel like I have to cheat as I'm having a little of something I like most days and still losing weight0 -
Fresh berries - they're a treat cos they can be expensive!
I was tempted to buy a hot chocolate at lunchtime today ($5.50 - real Belgian chocolate in hot milk...mmm... goodness knows how many calories!) but I went past the fruit shop and bought a punnet of strawberries instead ($3.50) and less than 100 calories for the lot, so tasty & very satisfying!0 -

I've got lots of them, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, weight watchers ice cream candy bars, fat free yogurt of any variety, etc. That's the key to my success, having plenty of snacks that I can eat when I'm hungry but don't kill me on calories or fats.0
