Arms!

I want to work on toning my arms more, in an attempt to make them more slim and defined. I've started doing push-ups, and I've been lifting 5 or 8 pounds weights, but any suggestions on great arm workouts???

    Flow yoga has really helped me!

    Low weights and high reps. Make sure you don't just focus on arms though. Toning your arms takes a bit of chest, back and shoulder work too. This will all help tighten and tone. If you are on your 3rd set and it feels to easy, then it's time to up the weight. Good luck.

    Slim happens in the kitchen, and you are doing good there (more protein, your preset diary amount is low)

    For the toneing, increase weight. Throw out those padded weights babe! Grab something that challenges you.

    Rock climbing works really well and is lots of fun. :)

    back scratchers, dips, rows, and back flies usually do the trick for me! Don't forget, you can't spot reduce really, so you have to do cardio for an all over slimming effect!
