12 Weeks. 25 Pounds (Pics)

So I have about 15-20 pounds yet, but I decided to post pictures of my progress so far. I am 5'5 and started out weighing 170 pounds. I'm now at 145! Also I apologize for the bad quality in the after pictures. I hope you can see them well enough. Anyways. here they are!

Well here are just some things that I do. They might not work for you, but then again they maybe will
-I drink LOTS of water.
-I exercise 6 days of the week for at least 30 minutes.
-I only eat back some of my exercise calories if I'm hungry.
-I DO treat myself to treats every once in a while.
