How quickly does a binge show + vent!!?

I feel grosssss!!! No exercise for 5 whole days (one of which was my birthday but still) and a whole lot of cake!
and I'm freaking that I won't fit into my dress for Friday night!!! Help help help!!

10 things which are making me feel annoyed/and be unproductive at work right now
1) Hot
2) Dehydrated
3) Too much coffee
4) No exercise for 5 days
5) Junk food in diet 5 days in a row
6) Hosting birthday party on Friday night (scary!)/tiny pink dress to fit in to
7) Text from a guy a like that blew me off
8) Text from a girlfriend saying she wouldn't let me meet her crush bc she needed no competition, me saying 'there's no competition when youve got legs like yours' her saying 'maybe true, but your face/tiny waist, sorry'...AWKWARD CONVERSATION..and too competitive..and weird
9) Work - scared of writing my thesis
10) Its raining, I feel rained on, and I'm having a bad hair day

    try on the dress, take a 10 minute walk, drink some water, listen to something you like.

    Drink water instead of your coffee
    go to the gym and vent there. I'm sure the machine and weights wont mind. Give it the best workout you've ever done, you might feel better.
    Eat lots of veggies and clean food until Friday
    That pink dress will fit you perfect, don't worry
    That guy has no clue what he just passed
    That girlfriend is jealous, forget about her until Friday
    I know how you feel about the rain, but sometimes it feels great to go for a walk in the rain. You can vent out loud and no one will hear.

    Awww, hon I'm sorry you are having a bad day! So the big night is Friday, so you have 3 days. Exercise your butt off, drink lots of water and maybe reduce your sodium intake to decrease any bloating/water retention. You will look great in your dress! I'm sure other people on here will have great ideas too.

    That guy....screw him! You'll find someone else! Your friend....she sounds like a complete *****! What kind of friend would say that? She is OBVIOUSLY very jealous of your hottness! :)

    In the end...think of how much fun you will have at the party!

    ^^^ this, plus you'll find a way hotter guy Friday night out in your pink dress, so no worries about that guy. Your friend, wow, don't know what to say about her without being rude, so moving on to the next. The thesis, just be sure you have peace and quiet and time to write it. And, the rain will bring a beautiful rainbow!

    Technically, you could make it never show if you went out and made up for it with exercise equal to the caloric value of what you binged on.

    Caveat: this behaviour is also well within the DSM's diagnotsic criteria for bulimia.

    I am also unsure why I spelled it as though I were Brittish.

    To be clear, I am not Brittish.

    Do you aspire to be British? It kind of sounds like you do.

    First of all, relax and breathe. You're making mountains out of molehills. So...
    1. Turn on the AC or a fan.
    2. Drink some water.
    3. Not sure there is such a thing as too much coffee but if it is bugging you, stop buying/drinking it.
    4. Get thee to the gym, or take a walk, or run up and down the stairs a few times.
    5. Get to the grocery store or your kitchen, buy something healthy and eat that.
    6. Try on the dress. Unless you've been eating nothing but Ding Dongs and HoHos, chances are that it will fit. If not, buy or find in your closet something equally pretty that won't make you uncomfortable. The hottest outfit a woman can wear (or so my guy friends used to say when we were all single) is confidence.
    7. Any guy that would blow you off in a text, isn't worth your time. Guys are like busses, there's bound to be another one coming down the street soon. Church, grocery store, class (I met my DH at a class we were both taking), weddings, are all good hunting grounds.
    8. Consider it a compliment that she is scared of the competition. Means your hotness makes her nervous. However, since he is just a crush and not a boyfriend or husband, he's still fair game. Just saying.
    9. Try writing one paragraph and see how it goes.
    10. They make some lovely hats. Maybe you'll bring a fashion trend back. I miss hats.
