Hi! im a newbie ..well kinda =)

Ive been using MFP for a few weeks but i havent been doing the best job. I try to work out as much as possible my problem is that i never know what to eat! I've lost about 10lbs on my own but ive been at a stand still for the past few months. I would really like to lose another 15-20 lbs. So any help, friends, encourgement and suggestions are highly appreciated! =)

  • I think this site will help you with food suggestions. Take a look at some of food diary's and maybe you will get some ideas. Just keep changing things up a bit both with food and exercise. If you keep doing the same thing, your body will adjust and you won't lose weight too easily. We are here to help and I'm sending a friend request your way. Good luck!

    Hello! :) Im a newbie too! Well.. i've had the app on my phone and been using it on and off. But now i am definately going to be more on that off! Time to get serious! Calorie tracking for me is the easy part. It's the excersize that I am having a hard time with.
