Going to Lake Tahoe for a week, help me stay on track

Hi everyone, I am leaving for LakeTahoe and I'm nervous for a couple of reasons. First off, I had a terrible weekend because I went overboard on the eating when I celebrated my new job offer so now I'm working off all that excess. Second, it's even harder to stay on track while on vacay and my friends are not the dieting types. How can I stick to it while I'm away? I know there's a lot of physical things to do to work out, I'm just having issues with the diet part of this.

Why don't you pack healthy snacks that you like this way when they pull something out to eat you can pull out your healthy snack and not feel cheated. Also, why don't you all get together to make the menus this way you can make sure there are at least some veggies with each meal and something healthy that you can eat. Good Luck:flowerforyou:0

Prepack your food. Decide which meals you'll eat out and which you'll eat in. Mix it up, too. Maybe your first night you'll go out to dinner, then the next day go out to breakfast. So prepack the other meals. Bring bread, PB and jam, almonds, protein bars, meal replacements, etc.0
