August Slump!

Help MFP team! I'm in a slump this month. I've just started my fourth week and I'm struggling to lose any weight. I stay just under my net calorie goal everyday (maybe over a bit 1-2 days per week), and I have increased my exercise significantly. I do eat my exercise calories each day. I started off losing fast - in fact I was down 7 pounds and thought wow this is awesome. I did suspect that some of it was probably water weight and that's why it came back. Now I'm really only down 4 pounds (can't bring myself to add that extra pound back).

In the last 7 days I have done the following exercise:

Thursday - horseback riding - 30 min
Saturday - running 51 minutes (ugh it was hot and humid!)
Sunday - Bike ride 55 minutes, lift 40 minutes (push/pull, crunches, planks), horseback riding 30 min
Monday - Hike over a steep trail (1.5 miles of steep uphill to start) 45 minutes
Tuesday - 30 minute run
Wednesday - should go riding again tonight (more for the horse than me)

Am I doing something wrong or just building muscle? I want to see ore progress than I am seeing.
