Losing weight with low GI/GL and Yoga!

Hi everyone, I'm doing low GI/GL, lately more GL. I switched over from LCHF to low GI/GL diet just shy of two weeks ago. I did LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) for a month. I lost good weight with it, but the diet wasn't fiting my needs or lifestyle.

I'm loving GI/GL more and more everyday. It doesn't feel like a diet at all, and I'm losing weight from it. Lost two pounds in my weekly weigh in yesterday. So I'm really happy right now.

I am also a beginner in Yoga. I've been doing yoga for a month now, and am absolutely loving it. I really recommend it to everyone. I've become much stronger and flexible since beginning yoga.
